Contact Us NowCulture X partners with over 200 universities and colleges across the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the United States, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and various European countries. Our network includes both world-ranked research universities and specialised institutions across disciplines such as medicine, engineering, business, arts, and technology. We match students with institutions best suited to their academic background, budget, and career goals.
Required documents vary by destination country, but typically include: a valid passport (minimum 12 months validity), confirmed university offer letter, proof of sufficient funds (bank statements), academic transcripts and certificates, English proficiency test results (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE), a personal statement or study plan, and health insurance documentation. For some countries such as the UK and Australia, a visa application fee and biometric appointment are also required. Culture X provides a personalised document checklist for each student's specific destination.
Our education counsellors conduct a comprehensive academic and career profiling session with each student to identify suitable courses and institutions based on their results, interests, budget, and long-term goals. We assist with preparing the application, writing personal statements and recommendation letter guidance, submitting applications to multiple universities, and managing offer letter follow-ups. We also advise on scholarship opportunities and financial aid options available at each institution.
Requirements vary by institution and programme. As a general guide — UK universities typically require IELTS 6.0–6.5 overall; Australia requires IELTS 6.0–6.5 for undergraduate and 6.5–7.0 for postgraduate; Canada requires IELTS 6.0–6.5; USA requires TOEFL iBT 80–100 or IELTS 6.5–7.0. Some institutions accept Duolingo English Test or PTE Academic. Foundation and pathway programmes are available for students who do not yet meet these requirements, and Culture X helps students identify suitable pre-sessional English courses.
Yes. Our support does not end at departure. Culture X provides pre-departure orientation covering cultural adaptation, financial management, local transport, and emergency contact procedures. Upon arrival, we coordinate with partner institutions and local support networks to assist students with accommodation check-in, bank account setup, and campus registration. Students also have access to our counsellors throughout their studies for any academic or welfare concerns.
